Our people

We are incredibly proud of the NHFML team and the first class services we deliver.

We employ more than 900 staff across medical engineering, domestic, catering, portering and security. Along with capital and project management teams. We have an excellent track record for nurturing and developing our staff and attracting the very best talent.

Taylor Slee is a qualified electrical multi-skilled craftsman. He started his career at NHFML after joining our apprenticeship programme straight from college. Taylor is now highly qualified in all aspects of hospital engineering - one of the many services offered by NHFML.

“There is so much scope for me to develop and advance my career. Now I have completed my apprenticeship I will be embarking on my degree soon. In this job, no two days are the same. One day I can be working on emergency generators or verifying ventilation systems in operating theatres and the next day, testing decontamination equipment.”
