Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management has announced the appointment of a new head of capital, Mark Hawdon. 
Mark joins NHFM with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and he has spent a number of years working as the senior estates and facilities manager for the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) leading on their capital and refurbishment programme.
Sharing his enthusiasm to join NHFM Mark said: “I’m very excited to join this Trust and I’m looking forward to playing a leading role in the delivery of the capital works programme.”
As well as his extensive career experience, Mark holds a master’s degree in facilities management from Leeds Beckett University.
