Over the last few months, we’ve been working in partnership with the DWP (Department for Work and Pensions), engaging over 100 job seekers who are looking to return to work or change career across various Jobcentre Plus locations in North Tyneside.
This includes delivering employer engagement workshops, presentations, advice and guidance sessions, and attending recruitment events to raise awareness of the fantastic careers available within facilities management.
We received excellent feedback, with 100% of attendees in one session saying they are now interested in applying for a position with us!
Damon Kent, the managing director of NHFM said: “I’m absolutely pleased with the work we’re doing to increase employment and help people take the next step in either progressing or changing their careers.
