The aim being to apply commercial discipline and deliver efficiencies within an NHS framework. Providing advice and guidance on the available commercial models including tax structures, their suitability to an organisation’s ethos and ambitions; the timeline for achieving a viable commercial operation.

We have a proven track record in working with and supporting NHS organisations in England and Wales. Having worked with over 30 NHS organisations to explore, develop and deliver commercially focused service delivery models.

We can provide programme and project management support for the delivery of commercially focused subsidiaries, including the provision of support for change management, specialist finance and taxation advice.

Taking clients through a business case process to achieve a decision based on:

• What are the costs and benefits?
• Agree a recommendation on a ‘Best option’.

This staged process will deliver an assessment, leading on to a business case that sets out to evaluate a number of options relating to delivery of non-clinical services through options for trust owned Alternative Delivery Models (ADM) or other solutions.
