We are excited to announce that we are working with Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on their latest project. The trust has submitted a planning application for a replacement of the existing Berwick Infirmary. There are a number of challenges with the project which is currently awaiting planning approval. The scheme is to provide a wide range of services for the community of Berwick and North Northumberland, to allow world class 21st century healthcare to be delivered in a brand new building fit for the next 60 years.

We are currently looking at procurement of this facility via MMC construction due to the tight constraints of the site, the proximity of the existing hospital and the programme benefits for the delivery of the new facility.

We will provide further announcements when we reach the milestone of planning approval and commencement of construction activities.
