Ian Garrett recently joined NHFM in the position of General Manager based at the Manufacturing & Innovation Hub, Seaton Delaval.

Ian’s early career was spent in the textile industry where he worked through the ranks from Trainee Work Study Engineer, through Production Planning and Production Management through to eventually becoming Site General Manager. He moved out of the industry 20 years ago as at the time, most of the textile manufacturing was moving across to the Far East.

Prior to joining NHFM, Ian has spent the last 20 years working for companies like Asda & DHL in the logistics and warehousing sector. He has also been part of the management team running large contracts for DHL at the Cummins Engines, Nissan and Jaguar Land Rover Contracts.
